Terms of Service

Welcome to J Auto Trading Strategies, LLC ("JATS™", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.jautotradingstrategies.com), the JATS™ Quant Terminal, the JATS™ Volatility Indicator Suite for NinjaTrader, and any associated AI narrative engines, software, or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE & RISK DISCLAIMER

1.1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only: The Services, including all data, Volatility Compass reports, AI narratives, Friction-Adjusted Range (FAR) calculations, and regime state indicators, are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. J Auto Trading Strategies, LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

1.2. High Risk of Trading: Trading futures, options, equities, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment.

1.3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: While the JATS framework is designed to interpret market microstructure and volatility, market environments are inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or AI interpretation. You assume full responsibility for any trading decisions you make based on the Services.

2. SOFTWARE LICENSING & RESTRICTIONS

2.1. License Grant: Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, JATS™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial trading.

2.2. Hardware and Platform Requirements: The JATS™ Volatility Indicator Suite requires an active, licensed installation of NinjaTrader 8. You are solely responsible for maintaining your NinjaTrader environment and any associated broker connections.

2.3. Prohibited Conduct (Anti-Piracy & IP Protection): You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code, underlying logic, or AI Master Prompts of the JATS™ Quant Terminal or associated .dll and .cs files.

  • Sharing, selling, sublicensing, or distributing your Pulse license key or access credentials to any third party.

  • Using the Services to build a competitive product or scraping our data for external commercial use.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

3.1. Third-Party Payment Processor: All subscriptions, billing, and license key generation are securely handled by our third-party provider, SecureTeam (Pulse Billing). By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of processing.

3.2. Recurring Subscriptions: Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. You authorize Pulse Billing to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.

3.3. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Pulse portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Because the Services are a digital software product, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

3.4. Grandfathered Pricing (Founder's Tier): If you secure a subscription during a specific promotional window (e.g., the Founder's Tier), that monthly rate is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and attempt to resubscribe later, you will be subject to the current market pricing.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including but not limited to the JATS™ framework, proprietary regime-switching logic, Volatility Compass reporting formats, AI prompts, logos, and software architecture—are the exclusive property of J Auto Trading Strategies, LLC.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J AUTO TRADING STRATEGIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY TRADING LOSSES INCURRED WHILE USING THE SERVICES; OR (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J Auto Trading Strategies, LLC, Julie Wade, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (i) your use or misuse of the JATS™ products, services, or educational events; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (iv) any trading decisions made or financial losses incurred by you or any third party relying on your use of the JATS™ framework. J Auto Trading Strategies, LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with JATS™ in asserting any available defenses.

7. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, including removing support for specific ticker symbols or integrations. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updates.
